Dear Parents,
Happy New Year! I hope you all had a restful break. This week has been a very short and sweet week. We have a new member of our class. His name is Phoo and we welcome him to our class family.
This week we have been learning about the Earth. Not only making promises to look after it but learning what is inside by making lots of jelly and chocolate cake. We have also made a class rainbow which they all enjoyed especially getting our hand messy!
Next we will be moving on to look at recycling and the motto: reduce, reuse and recycle. As part of this we will be reusing some everyday resources. Please if you have any newspaper or come to that paper that you don't want please can you send it in. I promise we will be putting it to good use with a class project.
I wish you all a lovely weekend.
