This week we are exploring our sense of 'hearing'.
These are the questions we are exploring:
How do
you hear? With your ears?
How many ears do you have?
Where are they?
How do
they look like?
Their sizes? Colors?
What happens when you hear?
Do you hear
inside? Outside your ears?
What sounds can you hear? Loud? Quiet? Sharp? soft?
For our first activity we explored different materials and describe the sounds they each make:
Does paper make a loud noise? a quiet noise?
What about wooden blocks?
What about plastic?
Toilet paper rolls? Can you make a sound? Can you make a loud sound? a quiet sound?
