writing
|
This
week students were assessed on everything learned this term, including letter
sounds and names, writing the letters and recognizing the camera words.

Next term, we will
review all letters and camera words learned in term 1 and introduce unit 3
and 4.

Math

This
week, students were assessed on math concepts covered this term.
|
Next
first week of term, we will review measurements and deepen our understanding
of height and length by learning how to measure objects and people using a
ruler.

PSED
|
This
week we learned about print making, Christmas stories and prepared for our
Christmas concert.
|
Next
term, our new unit will be discovering and understanding patterns. What is a
pattern? How can we create one? What are patterns for?
There
will be a week gap for international week. Depending on the children’s
interest we will choose a country.
