This week, we

on a snake, or on flowers.
We also discovered
that patterns seen on snakes or caterpillars are linear patterns but
patterns seen on flowers or fruits are circular patterns, they are
shape like circle.
|
Next week, we will learn
about the traditional homes of 'house mud' and look at the life of Kenyan
people and about traditional Kenyan dishes and make a fruit salad
following a Kenyan recipe.
We will link African dance and traditional fabric prints to our unit of inquiry about 'Patterns' to deepen our understanding that patterns is in music (African music), in fabric (visual), in movement (African dance), in nature. This will finalize our understanding and conclude that 'the world is made of patterns'. |
