writing
|
This week, we revised all camera words learned this term.
School-when-one-out-what-why and focused on the sound ‘wh’.
|
Next week, we
will review the camera words ‘to’ and ‘I’ and practice blending 3 letter
sound words in the ending sound –at. For example, cat, sat, fat, mat, pat
etc.

Math
|
This week, we played
estimating games by revising number recognition, counting and writing numbers
from 1 – 20.
|
Next week, we will
review addition and begin writing simple equations.

Inquiry
|
This week, we explored
the feeling of fear and how we can transition from fear into calmness.
|
Next week, we will
transition to a core value on peace which is ‘cooperation’. We will learn
that by working together we create peace and learn how to be with others.
