This week we are exploring our sense of smell. How do we smell? We use our nose?
Its shape? color? texture?position on our faces? how many? size?
What happens when we smell?
which body part smells? outside? inside our nose?
Can we see a smell?
Can we match a smell to a picture?
What type of smell do you know?
Is there something different between good smells? and bad smells?
How do we smell?
We can smell when we breath air around that enters our nose.

Those are the type of questions we will be encouraging children to think about through out the week through various activities.
You could play some of these activities at home:
Try to find the pair that has the same smell!
Free play in the role play area of outside play exploring the different natural smells of flowers and leaves:
On Monday we had our first science activity exploring our sense of 'smell'
